Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love the products purchased at our Emporium or the gifts you purchase are loved by those for whom you gifted. But if for any reason the product fails to meet your expectations or you need to exchange a size, you may return goods providing they are unused, in a resaleable condition with all tags attached. However, please choose your jewellery items carefully as we will not refund on any jewellery products. Please return items within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we will not refund or exchange products purchased more than 14 days after the purchase date.

We invite our customers to talk to us when in store about what type of products they would like to see in the Emporium. We spend a great deal of energy on our product mix and will constantly be endeavouring to introduce new and exciting designers to our customers. |
